Apple Inc. Announces its Latest Product Range at MacBook Pro Event
Apple Inc. has made an update to its latest MacBook Pro line-up of laptops, announced the upgraded range of products at its ‘Hello Again’ event held in Cupertino, California. The company unveiled the latest MacBook Pro with a Touch ID panel and Touch Bar.
Moreover, the update was provided on other products. Let’s take a look at the Apple Event, all covered in one handy list:
With latest app categories introduced and cross-device capabilities, Apple wants to take control of the largest screen in your home. Yes, we’re talking about your TV. The latest upgrade of Apple TV comes with a new app and the app is called as ‘TV’.
Now, you can browse your curated TV and movie collections. Enjoy Live sports and news all available with a simple swipe on your Siri remote. Apple TV users are facilitated to view their Twitter timelines on their TV screen, announced by Twitter product manager, Ryan Troy.
Apple Inc. leaked two of the images of its MacBook Pro a day before the Event. We weren’t much surprised by the touch-sensitive OLED control bar added into the latest MacBook Pro laptops.
This multi-touch ‘slide and tap’ bar with Retina display offers contextual controls and buttons to adjust running apps and settings. It is fully customized, integrated with a dedicated Siri key.
We know that this introduced Touch Bar is great for photos, helps you to remember your PhotoShop editing history.
The MacBook pro is available in three versions according to its screen size. Two 13-inch display varieties and one 15-inch display. This time, Apple came up with the slimmest and lightest MacBook Pro models.
The less expensive MacBook pro is a 13-inch display laptop, which offers traditional function keys, with a choice of dual-core i5 or i7 processor, Intel compatible Iris GPU. It also has an integrated Thunderbolt ports. The product comes up with a price tag of $1499 and will be available in the market soon.
The second and the higher-end 13-inch MacBook Pro model includes a built-in Touch Bar with four ports and a faster 2.9 Giga Hertz (GHz) i5 processor. The version begins with a price tag of $17,99.
The latest 15-inch MacBook Pro comes up with an Intel Core i7 processor, 2133 MHz memory and a compatible AMD Radeon Pro 450/455, offering 4GB of Virtual RAM, that makes it graphic performance 2.3x faster
All of the three MacBook Pro laptops has a built-in 2nd generation fingerprint Touch ID, paired with a T1 Apple security chip, making its security better.
Apple Inc. this time has put its major focus on MacBook Pro laptops, with a slight touch of upgrade on MacBook Air earlier in 2016. Apple hasn’t showcased MacBook Air on its 27th October event. Apple Inc. seems inclined to promote its MacBook and MacBook Pro laptops on this even while leaving the Air unconsidered for an upgrade, just like its iPod.
